This website is operated by KAIVO, trading as NOCTVEIL. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NOCTVEIL. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Pre-orders

Products marked as pre-order are not yet in stock. Production takes up to 2 months from your order, followed by 7–12 days delivery. Current pre-orders ship by December 10th. By placing a pre-order you accept these timeframes.

Products and pricing

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and to limit quantities.

Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOCTVEIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or any product purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
